$250 deposit includes whole beef directly from us at an arranged butcher date.
Your half of a beef is a Huntzinger Ranch Angus steer or heifer raised by us, pasture-fed and forage-finished and is the most economical way to purchase beef. Beef is dry-aged 14 days from the harvest date and will be ready roughly 17-18 days after harvest. A half beef will take up around 11 cubic feet of freezer space.
Approximately 50% of the beef will be premium steaks, roasts, brisket, braising cuts, fajita meat or stew meat and other cuts. The remaining 50% will be ground beef or patties. The cuts you receive will depend on your selections.
Offal available if requested at harvest date. Available offal includes: heart, liver, tongue, oxtail.
Balance is due at the time of beef delivery (deposit will be applied to total), deposit is non-refundable. Upon ordering you will be contacted by us to fill out your cut and wrap sheet (selecting cuts of steaks ((thickness)), roasts, ground beef packaging, etc.) and to determine your pickup or delivery date. Our animals are harvested in Odessa, Washington by Limit Bid Packing.
